Five years ago a community group fundraised to install a local defibrillator for community use and a HeartSafe® cabinet was deployed at the Village Hall. Soon after 2 more HeartSafe® cabinets were deployed at the Caravan Park and Masonic Hall. The historic fishing village enjoys a unique local culture of fish festivals attracting many locals and visitors from across the world.
