HeartSafe Bleed Kits

- Request a replacement bleed kit for;

- Update an expiry date of an item in the bleed kit, or
- Update the bleed kit’s location.
Please note, you will need to use the ‘Report Missing Item’ button to report if the:
- Bleed kit medical pouch needs to be replaced after use.
- Yellow tag is missing.
- Red dispenser unit has been damaged.
- Red dispenser unit has been stolen/removed entirely, and a new unit is required.
- Bleed kit pouch has been tampered with or used; some contents are missing.
