  • The bleed kit medical pouch needs to be replaced after use.
  • The yellow tag is missing.
  • The red dispenser unit has been damaged.
  • The red dispenser unit has been stolen/removed entirely, and a new unit is required.
  • The bleed kit pouch has been tampered with or used; some contents are missing.
