HeartSafe Bleed Kits

Enter the bleed kit’s location address to search for the bleed kit that you would like to:

  1. Request a replacement bleed kit for;
  2. Report missing;
  3. Update an expiry date of an item in the bleed kit, or
  4. Update the bleed kit’s location.

Please note, you will need to use the ‘Report Missing Item’ button to report if the:

  • Bleed kit medical pouch needs to be replaced after use.
  • Yellow tag is missing.
  • Red dispenser unit has been damaged.
  • Red dispenser unit has been stolen/removed entirely, and a new unit is required.
  • Bleed kit pouch has been tampered with or used; some contents are missing.
