Please note, you will need to use the ‘Report Missing Item’ button to report if the:

Bleed kit medical pouch needs to be replaced after use.
Yellow tag is missing.
Red dispenser unit has been damaged.
Red dispenser unit has been stolen/removed entirely, and a new unit is required.
Bleed kit pouch has been tampered with or used; some contents are missing.
