Clevedon United Football Club makes sure its players and visitors are HeartSafe® by installing a Public Access Defibrillator.

This life-saving emergency equipment is located at the Football Club and the postcode for Sat Nav users is BS21 6NY.

Clevedon United Football Club held it’s Charles Green day in June and monies raised have been used to buy the equipment for its ground in Coleridge Vale.

Chris Connor, Club Secretary, said: “With Charles Green, ex club secretary, passing away while on duty with Clevedon United, I hope that having 24-7 access to a life-saving piece of equipment may hopefully save someone’s life.

“Not only will this benefit the players and supporters at The Vale but it is easily accessible to the local community.”

Money was also donated for the defibrillator by BK Installations, and Clevedon Community First Responders.
